  2. It's part of their program to align their product design with their genius bar service. When their guys say "We can't fix it, you have to buy a new one", they want it to be true. Next innovation will be small explosive devices on all the major components that will detonate when a critical hardware failure is detected.

  3. This is why every laptop I have opened has had the flex cable socketed on the panel, right? How hard is it to do this shit right? It seems Apple's head is so swole they don't feel that good design practices apply to them anymore.
