@PatrickRatman Yeah, I started upgrading my computer but the new hardware is not compatible with 7 (or even 8) so now I'm pondering Linux.

@traister101 There's all sorts of telemetry and spyware built-in, unfortunately.

@traister101 Some of it you can't opt out of. Though I heard they back-ported some of it to 7 and 8 and installed it through un-blockable updates so there's no refuge there either. Computer is still sitting there waiting for my decision. I think I'll probably end up going for dual boot with 10 and Linux and migrate my workflow over over the next few months.
