  2. I've figured NYC and other megalopolises have been on their way out since TCP/IP was standardized. They're too crowded for industry and the other kinds of jobs are prime targets for work from home. It's actually been overdue for a while and the whole covid thing just brought it to a head. NYC is dead, most of it just hasn't got the message yet.
