  1. Some people won't like this suggestion but a few years ago I had a company Dell Latitude. It had the track-point and seemed fairly solid if uninspiring. Dell seems to treat their business customers right.

  2. Louis, get a Latitude, an Elitebook and your Thinkpad and do a comparison review. Add another string to your bow.

  3. I bought a dock for my T530 and the audio didn't work on it. I went to research the issue and it seems the solution from Lenovo is "Well, fuck you". This was a few years ago now so it seems it's an ongoing situation.

  5.  @mjc0961  Things may have changed in the intervening years. We would typically have a tech out the next day. Though we were a Dell shop including many servers.
