  1. I think "move out of the expensive area" would be a good thing for someone like Fran of Franlab but for Louis, it's about the foot traffic and sheer density of Apple users.

  2. Yeah, I had the same one. Now though I'm wondering about a second full location in a cheaper area. Keep the same "experts are at the intake" but split it in two (while expanding, obviously). Though it's fairly moot now.

  3. Yeah, NYC is so expensive unless you are making big bucks or have an exit plan, you're not going to come out ahead until you retire and move to Florida.
