  2. I just posted a similar story about my stove. My microwave has actually been amazingly reliable but the VFD is failing. I went looking for an equivalent replacement microwave and wasn't able to find one with the same features (for some reason, it looks like there's a stainless mania going on these days).

  3.  @Intelwinsbigly  Yes. Only issue so far other than the VFD is some non-safety-issue cracks in the door bezel.

  4. I have a 20 year old stove. I've replaced the heating element a couple of times but plastic bits have broken and I recently replaced the buttons and relays on the electronic controller and the hinges last year. It could easily last another 20 years but it's hard to get some of the replacement parts and it's starting to look tired in a few places (again down to the plastics). I did look around for replacements but no current stove has the same features.
