@felixpichardo73 Clinton didn't lie, per se. When quizzed about his relationship with Lewinsky, he was given a list of "sexual activities" that would constitute "having sex", which did not include fellatio. He therefore took the opportunity to say he "did not have sex...". So he was trying to use a technicality in the parameters of the questioning to slide out of a straight answer. The blue dress contradicted his testimony. $40 million to uncover a blowjob. Totally uncalled for bullshit.

@moegreen3870 DOJ budget to fund a 3rd (at least) investigation into the White Water real estate deal the Clintons had already been cleared of any wrongdoing in. 1st special counsel was not being aggressive enough so Republican hack Ken Starr was brought in. The investigation went into its 4th year with nothing new found until the Lewinsky scandal was discovered and Monica was faced with being framed by Clinton's political enemies whose vow it was to remove Clinton from office. Starr interviewed everyone in Little Rock from manicurists to librarians that were friends of an acquaintance of a cousin of the Clinton partners in the failed real estate deal. THAT was a witch hunt!
