  1. Tom Noyb. How does a Flynn transcript equate to Trump being tapped? Did Clinton actually have a copy of the transcript or just have the information that 17 agencies knew DNC had been hacked by the Russians? Trump is using this as a smoke screen to take the heat off of Sessions. He doesn't want to lose his get out of jail free card when Sessions refuses to investigate any illegal activity in the White House.

  2. Tom Noyb. That's not how that system works. Of course Flynn's conversations with the Russian ambassador were recorded. All of the ambassador's calls are tapped. Flynn's conversations with the ambassador would not have been tapped simply because of who he was speaking to. Flynn was most likely already under surveillance because of his close association with Putin. A FISA court judge rules on the merits of the request to start a wire tap when evidence is presented by an intelligence agency. The President doesn't start the process or make recommendations. Trump's business ties to Russian billionaires and those of his cabinet were no secret to the agencies involved. Trump could have been under investigation without a wire tap, which apparently has been the case. A server was tapped, not Trump. And certainly NOT by Obama. I don't recall seeing any news stories about Clinton having access to the Flynn transcripts.

So we'll just go with your hypothetical scenario about every major player in the Trump campaign being wire tapped and spied on at the request of OBAMA who they reported to directly...and now he is working with the deep state to bring down the government. Whatever.

  4. Flynn was already under surveillance because of his business dealings directly with Putin. His lobbying for Turkey was also known. Flynn was already under surveillance when he came onboard the Trump campaign. Trump was being investigated but not wire tapped.
