  1. I use Jiffy corn muffin mix for my EZ waffles. They tend to be on the dry side, so I add an egg and a little oil to the water before adding the mix. We always have them with applesauce, plain yogurt, berries, and maple syrup.

  2. @ROGER2095  That sounds yummy. Added butter really helps make Jiffy moist. I have a new recipe I make with Jiffy for banana bread. My cats love cornbread, too!
