In my part of the world, SW U.S., they've just surgically removed parts from cryogenically frozen cattle they brought up to their ships with their tractor beams, then dropped the carcasses out in the fields. Blood completely removed from the bodies. Incisions appeared to be made with lasers. No signs of struggle. No signs of vehicles used to dump the bodies. 10K incidents during the 70s and 80s. No sightings of spacecraft or inhabitants.
