Wilbur Ross helped to keep him from going down the tubes after those 4 bankruptcies. He screwed his investors out of their money when he sold his stock and left them to eat the loss. He walked away with $80 million. He screwed the city and his contractors out of the money he owed in payments and for work done on his casinos.
