  4. Cedric Anderson There is no attorney client privilege unless Cohen is representing Trump in a case. Trump claims no knowledge of Cohen's actions, therefore there is no privilege established. This is strictly about crimes committed by Cohen. Trump is out of the loop unless the ivestigation shows that Trump was involved with what Cohen was up to. In that case, there would likewise, be no attorney client privilege in the commission of a crime.
