She didn't. The huge Russian donations to the Clinton Foundation were made 3 years before she became Secretary of State. The Russians had no interest in the ore deposits in the U.S., which can't be removed legally. They wanted Uranium One's access to the uranium they have in Uzbekistan which can be exported to Russia. Maybe you should just STFU or Try some fact checking.
