  2. Keep It Real Obama was careful not to say stupid bull shit that prejudged a defendant or called for a specific sentence to be passed, unlike Trump. This is an attempt to sway the verdict in a trial which is unethical and the judge was forced to give an alternative sentencing to show he hadn't been influenced by Trump's public statements. Trump doesn't control the judiciary. The judge had to show his independence.
