He had no desire to dismantle the government like Trump is already well on his way to accomplish. You obviously spent the entire Bush 2 years in a coma if you think Obama was the most corrupt administration ever. Trump is making Bush look good with his ineptitude and flagrant disregard for the Constitution and the rule of law.

  4. Michael Wall No, this is a low point in the history of politics. This didn't happen overnight but the last drop has not been incremental, it's a downward spiral. The Trump organization is without a doubt the most openly corrupt administration ever seen in the White House in modern times. Even in the Reagan administration the Government was still intact and functioning well enough to issue 132 indictments for wrongdoing. We have only to look at the Republicans whose first order of business after Trump's inauguration was to attempt to dissolve the office of ethics. That didn't happen but when the head of that office left, the presumptive successor was bypassed for a Trump toady who now gives a free pass for any and all ethical misbehavior.
