@dougbaldwin5215 The 2 articles of impeachment are sufficient for setting in motion the trial in The Senate. Both are fairly broad and wide ranging. The audacity that McConnell has announced the trial will be rigged is unprecedented in U.S. history. The blatant disregard for legality is shocking, to say the least.

@dougbaldwin5215 Stop writing ignorant Bullshit. The trial starts when the articles are sent over to the Senate. There are no specifics of time Constitutionally. And Yes, the trial is rigged when Senate Republicans announce their verdict before the trial begins and that they will coordinate with the defendants to secure a predetermined result. This is the very definition of a kangaroo court. It's a rigged trial.
