Car, motorcycle and bicycle graveyards, where 10s of thousands of units are parked and rotting away are prevalent in every industrial city. The belt and road debt traps plan for expanding Chinese influence worldwide will whither on the vine when the new military bases there can no longer be maintained by either personnel or material.
