  1. They obviously were allowed to enter based on the laws that are currently in place. Abbott is pulling another one of his ridiculous stunts. He's already wasted a billion dollars sending the Texas National Guard to the border under the pretext of guarding it against the phony "assault by waves of migrants" supposedly crossing illegally. The men were sitting around with nothing to do and don't have the authority to arrest or detain anyone anyway.
