@raferalstonisgoat4457 Andrew Johnson didn't do half of what Trump has already done to the different agencies that make up the administration of government. Trump is singlehandedly attempting to render the functioning of government inoperative.

@Sofá Perdido George Bush didn't win either time. Dole won the popular vote in Florida yet the SCOTUS handed the victory to Bush. The rigging of the election in Ohio gave Bush another dubious win. And yes, Bush derailed the government and status quo that Obama tried to correct only to have Trump dismantle all of the progress made during Obama's time in office.

@scottyhaines4226 Going through a trial in the Senate will publicly expose Trump's criminal activities. No one was on board for impeaching Nixon until more information came to light. Enough that he had no choice but to finally resign. Trump broke the law. He needs to have his day in court even though the jury looks rigged at this point. Doing nothing means he wins. He IS above the law and will realize at that point that there won't be any consequences for anything he wants to do in the future. He'll be King Trump then.

@graymoreghost Did anyone believe that Trump stopped obstructing justice just because the Mueller investigation concluded? He didn't, and it accelerated when Barr volunteered to help out by giving him advice on how to twist the system even more.

@graymoreghost We have no carry zones and most businesses will post signs forbidding entry with a firearm. That, and signs forbidding the consumption of alcohol on the premises...whatever the Hell prompted that?

@graymoreghost Thank you, I'm dyslexic. The voting machines in Ohio were rigged in favor of Bush statewide. Some precincts even recorded a negative result for Kerry. There were many instances of machines changing votes. Missing ballots and unauthorized personnel handling ballot boxes. The election in Ohio was clearly fraudulent but Ohio swung the election to Bush.

@icin4d McConnell has nothing to do with a trial in the Senate. The Chief Justice, John Roberts, will preside over any charges brought by the House. Mitch would simply be another single vote as Senator from Kentucky.
