  1. Iran is not a terrorist regime. They were going to release the hostages sometime before the election which would have kept Carter in office. But Geo.HW Bush asked his Saudi cronies to intervene and keep the hostages until the election was over. They were released on 1/20/1981.

  2. +DeskAgent I doubt that you have anything but vague misconceptions about our (U.S.A.) history with Iran. The Iranian people actually admire the Americans, albeit they strongly disagree with our policy of supporting Israeli apartheid of the Palestinians. Our having given Israel nuclear weapons has left them in a state of constant anxiety about their safety also. Your knee-jerk hysterics show off your glaring ignorance of the reality of Iran and it's people.
