It is authorized by higher ups who are aware that it is being done. It's not the obstruction of justice avocated by TV propagandists.

Yes, that was BS on her part to delete them under those circumstances, but they weren't unknown to the administration or top secret. The assessment by the FBI was "extremely careless" not intentionally criminal. Using a private server is so widespread in Washington that attempting to make an issue of it was blatant partisanship.
