  10.  @SusanHopkinson  positive thinking is the key.. what comes out of your hypothalamus in terms of peptides depends on the positivity or negativity of one's emotions for which there is a specific amino acid sequence for every type of emotion.. the positive peptides come from positive emotions and vice versa.. negative peptides are Delirious to the mental state as well as the physical well-being.. negative peptides take sometimes days to exit the body and are hard on the organ systems to eliminate.. putting people in the driver's seat of their emotions is the healthiest approach Imo.. is more constructive than offering substance..?

  19.  @Jmans247massathon  there's a difference between anxiety and depression and demoralization... tripping isn't fun, it's work and it takes its toll, really more like a sacrificial ritual, torture actually if you end up doing it with negative abusive people... If you're already beat up and not thinking clearly? It's just going to amplify whatever your mind is at.. people getting all hyped up and then losing sleep? It's just further messing up their homeostasis.. if somebody understands all of these things and feels they need a psychedelic bump to get out of acquired homeostatic stagnation, and that works for them, nobody gets hurt? I'm not standing in their way.. however we need actual Solutions, actual therapeutic thinking, not people tuning out and sincerely or insincerely naive... Like they're alternative media Heroes..
