@ronburgundy7127 we don't know the intricate details of how this all came about... We don't know if it was an unconstitutional search... We don't know whether this woman, more importantly may have been threatened into doing this somehow? Intention is a very important consideration in sentencing... I'm not advocating for criminals who deserve what they should get, I'm advocating for expedient Clarity and accountability... It'll be a process they're going to have to interview this young child and see what they can learn from that angle... Unfortunately there are a lot of biased and very unscrupulous psychologists in the system... she doesn't exactly have the look of an innocent person but oh, God knows she's terrified and what she's been through, we don't.,. That is a truly terrifying amount of a truly terrifying substance

@ronburgundy7127 ignorance is no excuse for the law is true however we don't know her intent or if she was set up... Whether she was oblivious to the stuff in the car? Unless you know something I haven't heard yet I haven't followed up on this with any research
