I started introducing bread back into my diet and shopping list... We'll see how it goes... It's important to get enough thiamine AKA vitamin B1 when consuming carbs, for your hippocampus...

  5. Problem with the preservatives is it can cause or aggravate acid reflux... I do try to avoid the most obvious notorious chemical preservatives... if I see them listed in products they go back up on the Shelf
