  1. Looks amazing! My only suggestion is don't use that canola oil? Heard bad things about it health-wise and how it's made from non food quality oils before they hit it with a bunch of chemicals. Extra virgin coconut oil is good. But expensive, but good. And unlike extra virgin olive oil you can fry in it
