Disarmament of Civilian populations is invariably followed by a historical pattern of government sponsored atrocity.. we need to have a close look at the gun ownership statistics in the 18 to 21 range.. how many have actually stopped violent crimes.. how many actually successfully defended themselves against Wildlife attacks Etc in comparison to how many incidences like this we are enduring.. most car rental companies don't even rent to adults under the age of 25? The other side of the coin is that criminals don't follow laws and they don't necessarily purchase guns legally
