  2. Now switch the situation around: this air force captain asks this 'person' who he is and why hes on his property, then grabs this "officer" in a headlock and takes him to the ground. I guarantee you, he would have been charged with assault on a police officer and no one would have questioned it. But when a cop is the transgressor, good luck finding anyone to be on your side.
