Greenspan & Bernake would have already gone to negative interest rates, but the Bank of Japan just accelerated this by ticking rates up and the Yen was propping up the entire world via the carried trade that had made borrowing in Yen essentially an interest free loan facilitating transactions that businesses otherwise could not gave afforded. That is why the market corrected earlier this month.

  3. Every business is a media company now or at least any business that is trying to grow and gain customers is, which is why camera prices are up. Businesses are still buying cameras to produce marketing content.
