  1. This is Wall Street bottom feeding at its best. There are tens of thousands of large small to medium sized private companies that are upside down presently thanks to Covid that can be bought for pennies on the dollar pre- or post-banktuptcy that they are looking to gobble up right now. Why not get the suckers in the public market to finance acquisitions that will allow private equity to gobble the gems up while selling the public the turd parts?😏
