You're not going to go into it because you don't understand the difference between legal tax avoidance and tax evasion. 99.995% of what is discovered is perfectly legal tax avoidance which allows goods and services to be provided cheaper and higher wages to be paid than would otherwise. The problem is that we tax income and consumption and not capital. The rich would have you believe that taxing income is the only way, yet every REIT with a schedule K-2 delivered to it's shareholders proves otherwise. Those K-2s have balance sheets attached to them and you can easily tax networth and capital with a balance sheet.
