Your purchaser will pay miners their fee and you may pay Coinbase or another exchange fees if you cash out for dollars, but 70% of the top 100 e-commerce sites take Bitcoin, so do you really need to cash out? Also in a lot of countries a Bitcoin backed pre-paid Visa or MasterCard is available for traditional purchases, too. Not in the USA yet, but it is coming.
