  3.  @bloody_albatross  if you can "clearly see" a lower frame rate film, they are shooting it wrong using a shutter angle below 180 degrees or a shutter speed of significantly more than 2x the frame rate. The beauty of cinema is motion blur and a lack of clarity that more naturally matches how the human eye sees the world via the phenomenon of persistence of vision.
