There may be a colorable argument that ad blocking and obtaining access to material which is served subject to a TOS that you will not circumvent ads served by the website is a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act in the USA which would be a felony. It's a colorable argument the US Attorney's Office could make. Will they? I don't know are you blocking ads to access Disney's content because with the lobbying pull they have, the US Attorney's Office might enforce it against you to help them.
