  2. ​ @swish6143 in fact if you offer service on an IP address to anyone publicly anywhere on earth, it is a violation of EU law to deny access to citizens of an EU country, which Germany is and as Google has offices in EU countries they are subject to the jurisdiction of the EU, so you are wrong as a matter of fact and law.

  4. TikTok is killing it with the TikTok Shop feature because it is a more honest way to earn money. They help sellers directly connect with creators and users to sell their wares to users and users buy, which gives TikTok a revenue share as a marketplace provider, and creators can get an affiliate commission for promoting something a business wanted to sell to their audience. The creator chooses what they support. The users know they are supporting the platform and the creator and the company that is selling them something they want. It's not ad supported content, but ad adjacent content and it is a more fair and more transparent way to fund content. YouTube would do well to learn from TikTok's example.
