  3. Louis, Everytime you talk, you suggest a rational reasonable reform that would fix a lot of problems with corruption in America. I mean how difficult would it be to create a third-party insurance arbitration adjuster bureau that is paid by both parties as part of an insurance contract to interpret claims payouts. They essentially already do that for worker's compensation claims. We could definitely create a third-party arbiter for all insurance claims easily enough.
