Councils are run by people with corporate interests and accountants ,they get into office and think they know everything but in fact they are terrible at most things .Councils need bringing in to line and prosecute the fraudulant members harshly . i live in Torbay and the council here have brought ,what was the second richest borough in the country behind westminster ,to a crack head haven and one of the most deprived areas in the country
