Even Nigeria govern knows its religious that is why it banned the Islamic Movement of Nigeria. If it believed it was culture they wouldnt do it. The government which is mostly Islamic has problems from within its own religion. The Muslims community came up in full swing condemning gang violence against peaceful Muslims , and hate crime. and blah blah blah After investigation revealed that a lone Sunni killed those four Shiites all went quiet..All of a sudden no more hate crime.
