Muslims have not moved further " from Quranic decrees" It is just inconsistent to modern modern progression You can not impose sharia on a modern society with people having their freedom of choice. It can not work even among Muslims. There are problems with Pakistan blasphemy laws, and with the moral law in Iran EXCEPT YOU WANT TO LIVE IN A PERPETUAL STATE OF CONFLICT
