When I was traveling to and through Italy 🇮🇹 ( September 2020 ) , Rome and Elba, I was surprised to see soldiers in thick bullet proof vests with assault rifles in all train stations and of course the airport. Is this the new normal ? That Europeans citizens must be guarded by combat soldiers when we use public transport ?

  10. "...will be a threat to the West. " ?? In 🇫🇷 France there are between 10.000 to 20.000 armed Soldiers guarding the civilian population. 🇮🇹 Italy also has armed soldiers assisting the police . Many are present across train stations ( also minor ones ) and of course at all critical infrastructure.
