@morrisonparker3229 I agree that Western currencies have more leverage. But unfortunately Chinese tourists play a large role in economic dynamics certainly in Europe. Whether this is mass tourism , or wealthy Chinese frequenting high end fashion retailers and Jewellers across the EU and USA and buying AAA and other real estate across the USA and the EU. the CCP made COVID also plays a role as does the new US government policy that the peaceful days are over and that US companies and capital must withdraw from China. The semiconductor boycott of china and the onshoring or critical tech production back to the USA and EU will also play a role. In Germany semiconductor production factories are being newly built. I assume that this dynamic creates a draught which has more companies pick up and leave. Also a new Chinese law which makes simple contacts with foreigners a problem is adding to this dynamic.
