@charleencollins1130 Here in Germany it can only be done with certain industry black outs when electricity gets rare. The simply shut down foundries for a day. We have electricity poverty in Germany, because it has become so expensive. Poorer working people can no longer pay their electricity bills. It is part of the Political process to make electricity so expensive that you do something else.

@4theloveogaming That may be so. But we still have the wind turbines freezing up, which is obviously a massive problem. If not a deal breaker of some sorts. and yes, electricity lines belong below ground in the urban and suburban Environment.
