  2.  @sitdowndogbreath  science fiction, here today. But I remember a special camera set up in SF at a particular intersection within a good area. They had a few buildings full of the fellas and ladies. That one intersection in the Pan Handle wasa murder hot spot. So they installed cameras only there.
