Much to unpack here. Superficially we have poor people with no direct access to fresh food. Why ? Is it because supermarket chains see no profit in this area ? Is it because of negative experiences previously ? Is it because of rampant "shop lifting" a la Bay Area ? Where many chains have closed & are closing...... Is it because of "restorative justice" ? Which enables endless repeat offenders and thus disenfranchises the wider community at the cost of "bail reform" ? Is it because of unhinged levels of lethal violence by a critical number of the community ? I think "restorative justice" is merely one thing worth looking at more closely. In "restorative justice" we have hardened criminals who for political reasons are not behind bars. These criminals then cause so much economic damage that meaningful mercantile exchange is no longer given as basic laws are not enforced. We have a "wild west" situation brought on by BLM, the Dems & Soros which in effect causes immense harm and damage to thousands of "vulnerable" people. Food for thought. Not just in this new supermarket.

kd I would mind my own business. But the crime and violence in your community is spreading like a skin rash. You have lost control over the unhinged violence by your people.

kd School shootings are horrific but statistically irrelevant. The constant murder in places like Philadelphia is a much more serious problem but it gets ignored by people like you because they can make political hay with the dead in schools. The dead in twenty large US cities you do not care about. That my friend is crass racism. You have blood all over your hands and head. It is dripping.
