This was not a "random" mass shooting . This was not a "random fool with no coping skills".  There are many people of this kind "with no coping skills". Many blacks live in a honour-shame matrix. The man arrested was a boxer who teaches children. This man knows about aggression. He chose to get into a fight in public for no good reason. He most likely knew that his friend has a pistol on him, yet chose to walk after another man, initiate physical assault and take a stranger to the ground. Another man then picked up this very gun and began shooting randomly into a street full of people where he was then shot in the hand by the PD. That man , who was shooting into the crowd was also black.
