I hope you still do remember that there was still American soldiers fighting at the time that this occurred which means that apparently they had to work together in order for this to pan out! Nobody else signed up on it the only person that can sign off on something that has to do with the military is the chief commanding officer and that is the president of the United States Donald Trump had a damn thing to do with it
