@puramafia5373 first and foremost he was already being searched as a student in the school anyway that was a requirement by all students listen to what the commentator said pay attention!!!!! Secondly if you listened clearly, one of the faculty clearly saw him hand off drug paraphernalia to someone else and let me tell you something if a kid is selling drugs in school at no point is it a rumor so whether he's special at or otherwise does not change the fact that he's a jerk. And lastly he is in no position to refuse a search by anyone when he is on school premises at all as long as you are a child under the age of 18 you cannot refuse a search as long as you are on that school premises and it is a drug-free zone old schools are drug free zone so if he has a reason to be confused as a search he's got a big problem cuz if you don't have anything to worry about then let him search you

@GoddessFourWinds I think you got it backwards selling drugs on school premises is not following orders secondly he had no business making an any remarks back to the officer he should have kept his mouth shut and just gotten deep arrest it was already a being a jerk by selling drugs on school premises which is a drug free zone and apparently he's not that much of a special ed student if he's smart enough to sell drugs on school premises

You're making it seem like this is the Leave it to Beaver era and he just has a halo over his head the kid was selling drugs and he was not that slow if you can sell drugs maybe that's what made him slow in the first place

@GoddessFourWinds and if they didn't have any probable cause and that it genuinely wasn't drugs they wouldn't have a reason to arrest him they found the drugs you don't just get arrested for no apparent reason you didn't get arrested for note grow up and put two and two together
