  3. plenty of people will gladly make 300k a year in NYC to do what they do in Texas for 60k.. Homes in NYC quadruple in prices. selling for over a million easy, same in Cal. When I lived in San Fran in the 80's, Houses (1900's victorian style) sold for 3 million, and people moved to South Carolina, Florida.

Becuase the state takes advantage of the ferderal gov't credits. I had great healthcare after I stopped working with Obamacare. Yeah we would love to pay next to nothing but that really makes no sense. garbage, trash collectors have to be paid, we can't just BURN it in the backyard anymore, And we don.t want a Jackson, MS or Flint, Mich where you can't drink the water.
