Ukraine should have swtiched to NATO style jets a decade ago. #3 Bailouts will always occur Today, 3 in 12 years because you all want low interest rates, making ticks the ONLY way for invetors to make money, When things go bad (alway does) then people like YOU CRY CRY CRY and the give you a bailout, WE NEVER DID BAILOUTS UNTIL G BUSH 2008, I went thru tons of crashes in the 1980 and 1990's not one bailout.
