  1. I prefer my eggs in a saucepan with a lot of butter and some milk. constant stirring until mostly solid. Maybe not 1 whole quarter pound but half for 2-3 people.

Most Americans go to the supermarket and buy one, some (the well-off) get them from farms or butchers. 1. We cook our bacon (pork of belly)on top of the grill oven. 2. I had to look Sultanas up. never heard of grapes tossed into a stuffing. 3. Everyone cooks bird breast side up, don't they? 4. I rub oil on my bird not butter. 5. I cook covered until past halfway point then uncover. 67 is not old, perhaps you need to get out of Balmoral Castle every once in a while to see how us peasants cook.
