  1. It's not White on black discrimination nowadays, so much as it is Greedy Rich on Poor Everybody Else discrimination. It just so happens to be that a large portion of Black population suffers from financial difficulties and appear to be disproportionately affected. Make corporate tax evasion a federal crime punishable by full gov. takeover. And the government will have more than enough money to pay for increased wages.
